The Practice Manager will promote a collaborative work environment. Responsible for the implementation of service line and clinic strategic and logistical goals.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Remain open to input, make observations and offer guidance to physicians, providers, and support teamExceptional written and oral communication skillsResponsible for conducting team meetings and leading the team towards practice goalsResponsible for customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement activitiesEssential Functions and Duties:Immediate corrective actions when necessaryWork with direct reports and clinic team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to address opportunitiesEnsure adequate patient throughput to meet physician and provider productivity goals and offer solutions as necessaryPromote and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels of supportResponsibility for adequate and appropriate clinic technologiesMeet Granger patient satisfaction goalsEnsure clinic meets compliance and risk standards as they pertain to cleanliness, hazards, and employee and patient safetyInterface and collaborate with departmental directors, including, but not limited to: marketing, IT, EMR, HR, and Ancillary ServicesManage daily operational clinic functions, including but not limited to: staff, scheduling, supplies, education, communication, personnel development, disciplinary action, compliance, risk, and environmental care as necessaryAbility to develop and implement strategic plans to facilitate clinic and/or service line growth, both in the immediate area and beyond current market, as opportunities are presentedEducation and Experience:5 years of healthcare management experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience managing departmental budgetsExperience with Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with Electronic Medical Records programsAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environmentHigh degree of problem solving and critical thinking skills Bachelor's preferred (experience may be considered)Granger Medical Clinic offers competitive wages, potential for quarterly bonuses, and excellent benefits.
