THE ROLE We’re looking for a Graphic Artist with substantial agency or freelance credentials and a portfolio that reflects experience with premium and high-end brands. You’ll report directly to two Creative Directors and work across a wide range of highly visible client campaigns — from brand identity and print collateral to digital marketing assets across every channel. This is a role for someone who operates at a high level without hand‑holding, thrives when the stakes are high, and treats quality as non‑negotiable — even when the deadline is tight. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience & Professionalism 5+ years of agency or freelance experience Portfolio demonstrating work for premium or high-end clients Strong time management and professional expertise Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with Creative Directors Brand Identity & Logos 4+ years in branding and brand identity Logo design and identity system creation Style guide creation, branding use, and asset sharing Knowledge of branding application across channels Marketing & Content Creation Video and image editing Animation and motion graphics Consistent on-time delivery — meets deadlines Knowledge of multiple social media platforms Understanding of marketing best practices, social media trends, and specs Web Design Static marketing asset creation for digital and print Basic knowledge of Wix, Squarespace, and/or Shopify a plus Tools Mastery Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects (required) Canva — 2+ years required Midjourney and similar generative AI tools Product Design — Highly Preferred Product design, merchandising, and apparel graphics Illustration and tech pack creation Shopify and ecommerce backend knowledge Brand development for product lines TOOLS & PLATFORMS Adobe Photoshop · Adobe Illustrator · Adobe InDesign · Premiere / After Effects · Canva (2+ yrs) · Midjourney · Generative AI · Wix / Squarespace · Shopify · Print Production · Social Media Formats WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR A designer who understands premium brand aesthetics — someone whose work communicates quality before the tagline lands. Someone who can move fast, stay polished, and communicate clearly with Creative Directors under real production pressure. A self-starter who owns work end-to-end — from concept to final deliverable — across digital, print, and web channels. A creative who understands social media deeply: the platforms, the specs, the trends, and what actually performs. Bonus points for product design experience — apparel, merchandise, tech packs, and ecommerce brand development are areas we actively work in. A professional who welcomes visibility.
