Communications And Training SpecialistJoin our dynamic communications and training team to drive impactful communication strategies and engaging training programs. We are looking for a passionate individual who can lead and innovate in the creation of internal and external communications, as well as develop comprehensive training materials for our I-ERP initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in communication management and strategic planning, including developing newsletters and podcasts.Proven ability to lead and develop scripting and logistics of podcasts, with clear evidence of managing the end-to-end process.Experience in developing internal communications for purchasing and cross-functional counterparts.Demonstrated ability to format and update training material to meet evolving needs.Prior work experience in the industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsMaster's Degree.Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts to design and update training curriculum.Experience in conducting engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAssist communications and training team with all items related to I-ERP communications, engagements, and training.Create communication strategies and plans, including global end-user engagement strategies.Develop internal communications for leadership and cross-functional teams.Lead the development and logistics of Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute podcasts.Collaborate to deliver impactful content with storytelling elements.
