About Us: We are a pediatric patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and a smooth administrative experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance & Eligibility Coordinator to join our front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient dental insurance coverage and eligibility for dental services

Accurately enter and update insurance information in practice software

Submit and follow up on insurance claims

Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, benefits, and discrepancies

Assist patients in understanding their coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities

Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient workflow

Scheduling and confirming appointments. Greeting patients/families in a friendly professional matter

Qualifications:

Prior experience in dental insurance verification and billing required

Strong understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix) preferred

Important Note: We kindly ask that only candidates with direct experience in dental insurance verification and billing apply. This role requires a working knowledge of dental insurance processes, and we want to ensure applicants are set up for success in this position.
