The Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center. The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center proudly offers a state‑of‑the‑art facility dedicated to helping at‑risk young males (ages 18-21) build a brighter future. As the only program of its kind in Arkansas, we create a structured environment that fosters self‑discipline, self‑respect, and motivation, empowering youth to grow into successful young adults. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes an on‑site school, vocational training, library, clinical and medical services—everything necessary to help students develop both academic and life skills they need for success. Requirements Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical exam, and TB test. Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
