Human Resources Coordinator, Mardi Gras Casino

Opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR team and assist with the day‑to‑day operations at Mardi Gras Casino. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings may be required. Pay $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Prepare pre‑employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members. Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required. Follow compliance, WV lottery and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, decision‑making and time‑management skills. Proficient use of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus. No experience or diploma required. Shift Details Monday – Friday, evenings as needed.
