As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll apply your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients’ meaningful missions. You Have:Experience managing, configuring, patching, and monitoring Windows, Linux, or Unix environments, including advanced hardware, OS, and network troubleshootingExperience implementing secure architectures, access controls, privilege management, and authentication mechanisms such as Active Directory and LDAPExperience with incident detection and response, including log analysis, forensic investigations, or vulnerability managementExperience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub ActionsExperience with configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormationExperience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and KubernetesExperience with cloud infrastructure, network setups, identity management, and cloud-native concepts such as serverless, containers, and microservices, across AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and custom toolingAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree Nice If You Have:Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions, involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or AzureExperience writing scripts using tools such as Python, Bash, or Boto3Experience with automated testing frameworksExperience with IaCExperience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacksExperience triaging and resolving issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environmentsKnowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, and firewalls, and basic cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CMMCSecret clearance Security Engineering or Cyber Engineering CertificationAWS, Azure, or GCP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
