Night Auditor – Front Desk (overnight shift) We are hiring a Night Auditor to serve guests during the overnight shift. The night auditor works independently, closing out the business for the day and providing front‑desk service while monitoring safety, vigilance and overall guest experience. Responsibilities Process credit card transactions and reservations across hotel operations. Handle phone system, transfer calls and manage reservations. Verify, balance and review room availability and nightly activity. Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures. Administer guest payment policies and review errors from day shifts. Prepare folios for departing morning guests. Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast set‑up when required. Follow all hotel emergency procedures. Monitor abnormal activity inside and outside the hotel and monitor weather conditions that could threaten guest safety.
