This isn’t just software—it’s the digital safety net that helps communities thrive. Responsibilities Deliver project implementations as part of the Curam Team. Create functional and technical designs for Curam extensions and configurations, such as workflow and rules. Work closely with clients, partner staff, and internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions. Investigate and resolve technical situations. Utilize the Eclipse framework to implement Curam solutions. Develop, code, and unit test Curam extensions and configurations for workflow and rules. Maintain industry‑standard version control. Become a technical expert in Cúram product modules and implementations (Universal Access, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Rules, Financials, Workflow and Batch). Design and deploy solutions in a JEE environment, including web services, cloud and security. Establish and maintain productive relationships with system integration partners, clients, and fellow team members. Qualifications 8+ years proven track record in a technical role delivering and implementing package software solutions. 5+ years demonstrated experience in Java/JEE/XML/UML development. Curam software experience. Experience in public sector health and human services programs and core functionality (e.g., Medicaid, welfare, food stamp, medical assistance, child protection, unemployment insurance). Proficient in web service development, both REST and SOAP. Familiarity with modern UI/UX development, tools and languages (e.g., React JS, Angular). Experience with relational databases (preferably DB2 or Oracle) and SQL. Bonus: JEE scalability and performance, application and system security. Bonus: Delivery of applications on cloud with AWS and/or Azure. Compensation Salary range: $104,009.60 – $182,680.80 (USD) (may vary based on experience, qualifications and specific role).
