We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is essential to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and fulfillment of customer goods. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires adherence to strict safety protocols, particularly regarding food-grade and chemical/hazardous material handling.Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver - Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Efficiently receive, scan, store, and pick inventory using our real-time tracking systems and RF scan guns.Load & Unload: Safely load and unload freight from rail cars, trailers, and other transport vessels.Operational Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including those specific to Hazmat-certified materials and Food-Grade storage requirements.Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery) in a safe and efficient manner.Order Fulfillment: Assist with "pick and pack" processes to ensure accurate and timely order completion for our clients.Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to 5S or similar workplace organizational standards.Quality Control: Perform inbound inspections and report any discrepancies in product quality, lot tracking, or damage immediately.Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver - QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment preferred.Certifications: Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is highly preferred.
