Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are looking for a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at the outpatient clinic in Oak Brook, IL. The PT will plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and help patients reach their maximum performance levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Evaluates patients and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans. Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based on clinical examinations. Develops detailed treatment and care plans for patients. Provides exceptional patient care and service. Maintains friendly, cordial relationships with all clients and employees; maintains a positive work atmosphere through respectful communication. Cultivates relationships with patients and the community. Provides continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure consistent level of care. Maintains patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance. Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines. Communicates well in a professional setting. Performs additional duties as required. Education and Experience Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply). CPR certification. Experience in outpatient orthopedics. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 annualized. Compensation is determined by many factors and base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. Annual bonus plan.
