Overview Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS), the largest free‑standing behavioral health system for children and adolescents in Illinois, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide care as part of our Child/Adolescent Services team. The position involves inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings in the Chicago, IL area. Responsibilities Initial evaluations of new patients, brief therapy care, and medication management. Participation in treatment team meetings. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday work schedule. Independent work with opportunities for professional growth. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary. PhD or Master’s degree in Nursing from a recognized nursing school. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in Illinois, or willingness to obtain licensure.
