IT Finance & Planning Analyst III

3M is seeking an IT Finance Business Analyst III to bridge IT and finance by aligning IT financials with delivery and business objectives. Based on-site at the Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX locations, you will work closely with IT leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and financial models for IT initiatives.

We value strong FP&A skills, experience with cost structures, and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in finance or accounting are required.
