Facilities Operations Manager: Building Uptime & Maintenance
CBRE Group, Inc.
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager in Goodyear, AZ to supervise facilities maintenance teams and oversee daily operations for commercial buildings. You will ensure uptime, safety, and efficiency of HVAC, power, and building systems while coordinating external contractors and capital projects. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
