Traveling Superintendent - NC, SC & VA

Our client is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southern Virginia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys fast-paced projects, thrives in a team environment, and has experience managing ground-up retail, grocery, or big-box developments. Description Supervise construction projects across NC, SC, and VA, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor and enforce safety regulations on all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders as required. Manage on-site logistics, including materials and equipment handling. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.
