Pre-Admission Nurse Clinician: Patient Care Liaison

INDEPENDENCE HEALTH SYSTEM INC

Independence Health System is looking for a Nurse Clinician based in Butler, PA, who will be responsible for facilitating the preadmission testing process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of clinical experience and a current PA RN license. This role involves patient assessment, testing, and acting as a liaison within the healthcare team to ensure quality care. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
