General Purpose of the JobQuality Management Services – Facilitate Agency's Quality Management of State, Local and Federal regulatory compliance; provide support and assistance to each program in implementation of recommendationsAssist in the coordination of the Quality Improvement program within each of the departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Conduct investigations for all programs by interviewing staff, reviewing documentation, completing investigation reports, inputting required information into statewide databases within required timeframes, ensuring documentation of recommendations is received and closing investigations in compliance with regulations;Coordinate and ensure timely completion of investigations performed by agency and contracted investigators;Work a flexible schedule based on investigatory needs and provide rotating on-call coverage for incident response.Maintain up to date knowledge of OPWDD regulations, along with other Federal and State regulations, requirements, standards, and policies;Perform regularly scheduled internal reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, oversee and monitor implementation of plans of corrective action;Collect, analyze, interpret and document information to support audit/documentation review findings; Maintain agency records of all programmatic reviews/audits/incidents;Maintain strict confidentiality;Provide assistance to individual programs to analyze and resolve identified problems;Facilitate and ensure all proper documentation is present for external audits;Facilitate Agency’s Quality Management for compliance with Local, State and Federal regulatory systems, reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures for effectiveness of quality assurance program;Participation in Agency’s Incident Review, Human Rights, and Research Project Proposal Committees;Coordinate and Assist Human Resources with Agency Personnel background checks, Suspect/Target and SCR informationAttend agency/outside meetings/groups as needed to implement essential job functionsAttend internal/outside meetings for Agency special projects, as well as oversee related field activitiesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesCoordinates and ensures timely completion of investigations performed by agency and contracted investigators.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree (B.
