You will own the forecasting engine behind a growing omnichannel business—translating data into buying decisions that keep products in stock and customers happy. This is a high-visibility role where your analysis directly shapes inventory investments and top-line results. What you’ll do: Build and refine demand forecasts at the SKU level across channels and regions, blending historical trends with input on promotions, seasonality, and market shifts Partner with Sales and Marketing to pressure-test assumptions and stay ahead of demand signals Drive the S&OP process alongside the Supply Chain Manager, turning forecasts into actionable monthly buy plans Launch new products with confidence—develop NPI forecasts and track early performance against plan Keep Amazon FBA humming by monitoring mid-month sell-through and triggering replenishment before stockouts hit Spot risks early through exception analysis, scenario planning, and proactive inventory optimization Why it matters Forecast accuracy isn't just a metric here—it's how we protect margin, delight customers, and fund growth.
