Key Responsibilities Concrete Formwork Craftsmanship & Precision Form Building & Setting Blueprint, Layout, Grade & Elevation Reading Use of Tools & Equipment Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking Safety Awareness Collaboration & Communication Planning & Time Management Commitment to Growth Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or form builder on commercial construction projects. Strong skillset in building, setting, bracing, and stripping concrete formwork for slabs, walls, footings, columns, and related structures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, grades, elevations, measurements, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding field environment.
