Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Thursday: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday: 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Diverse Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Attendants for a food manufacturing warehouse in Norcross, GA.

This position offers consistent overnight hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity for long-term employment. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Supply materials to production and shipping areas
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow all forklift, warehouse, and food safety procedures

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Ability to read, count, and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop
• Enter and exit forklift equipment throughout the workday
• Perform material handling tasks as needed

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing warehouse environment
• Fast-paced operation supporting production schedules
• Frequent forklift and pedestrian traffic
• Continuous material movement throughout the facility
• Warehouse temperatures may vary by work area
• PPE may be required depending on assignment
• Strict safety and sanitation requirements must be followed
