The Role That Keeps the Kitchen Alive

In every successful restaurant, there is one role that holds everything together behind the scenes. That's you.

As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of the kitchen operation. When dishes move efficiently, service flows. When service flows, guests leave happy. Your consistency, speed, and attention to detail directly impact the guest experience.

This is not "just washing dishes." This is maintaining sanitation standards, protecting food safety, and supporting a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

If you take pride in hard work and understand that strong teams start with reliable people, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area at all times
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with light prep tasks or kitchen support when needed
• Keep floors dry and safe to prevent hazards
• Monitor chemical levels and follow proper sanitation procedures
• Support cooks and service staff by ensuring equipment is available and ready

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistency

No experience? That's fine. We value attitude, effort, and dependability.

Why This Role Matters

The dishwasher position builds discipline, speed, teamwork, and resilience. Many of the strongest kitchen leaders started right here. If you show up consistently, work hard, and take pride in your role, growth opportunities can follow.

This is a great fit for someone who:

• Takes pride in behind-the-scenes excellence
• Understands that every role impacts the guest
• Wants to be part of a structured, professional team

What You Can Expect

• A fast-moving, team-driven environment
• Clear expectations and consistent leadership
• Opportunities for growth within a respected dining operation
• A workplace that values effort and accountability
