Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
• Experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting addressing K-12 student needs
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills to work with a multi-disciplinary team
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and building effective communication strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver tailored interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings to plan and monitor student progress
