Senior Manager, Talent (New York)

Our direct law firm client has need of a presence in their New York office to be the face of the firm. We are looking for a builder mindset with strong Associate recruiting and professional development skills. You will take meaningful ownership of the day-to-day Talent infrastructure, reviews, mentoring, staffing visibility, onboarding/integration, training, analytics, and follow-through, and independently drive work to completion.

Credibility and judgment with attorneys are essential, along with understanding the pace, client service expectations, and practical orientation of a fast-growing firm with a large private equity/transactional practice.
