Job Summary
The Shuttle Operations Associate is responsible for shuttling vehicles and employees to and from cargo ports to the storage yard.

Primary Objectives

• Facilitate efficient and timely transport of vehicles between designated locations.
• Optimize transport routes and schedules for maximum safety and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during transport activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shuttle vehicles between ports and the storage yard.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after transport.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and vehicle conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline transport operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during transport.
• Monitor and report any issues or delays in transport schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on shuttle vans and transport vehicles.
• Provide feedback to management on shuttle operations improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Licenses and Certifications

• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required
• Valid state-issued driver license and acceptable driving record required

Work Experience

• 2+ years' related experience required

• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles and equipment safely.
• Ability to navigate and plan transport routes effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to identify problems, recommend action from a variety of solutions, and make sound decisions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to take accountability for work performance.

Working Environment
This role requires work that may involve the following environmental conditions:

• Corporate office environment
• Outdoor/open environments which may involve high/low temperatures, humidity and inclement weather conditions.
• Warehouse and storage facilities that may have both paved and unpaved acreage with a variety of structures.

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role:  Kapolei/Barbers Point, HI . Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.

Zone 3: Starting rate $20.00
