Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and award‑winning customer service. Perform account management tasks including load building, appointment scheduling, phone management, and email correspondence. Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and conduct daily check calls to ensure timely pickup and delivery of product. Qualify carriers that best match customers’ shipments. Positive attitude and effective communication skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Proficiency in keyboarding and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience is a plus but not required.
