We are seeking a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the heart of our guest experience, welcoming visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring every stay begins and ends beautifully. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and inquiries by phone, email, and in person Provide knowledgeable recommendations about the inn, Saint Jacques, and local attractions Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams Represent the Burke Manor brand with grace and care in every interaction What We’re Looking For A genuine love for hospitality and people Strong communication and organizational skills A calm, professional presence — especially during busy periods Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Availability for evenings and weekends Who We Are The Burke Manor Inn & Pavilion is a beloved Gibsonville institution — home to Saint Jacques @ Burke Manor restaurant and France with Chef Lil travel experiences.
