A Day in the Life: The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives.Facilitate and lead vehicle and component-level benchmark activities to identify best practices as well as areas of opportunity (cost, quality, mass, technology) on current production and future model vehicles.Support specific requests from Engineering teams for deep analysis of Nissan and Competitor vehicles.Track and report output of teardowns and activitiesSupport and facilitate manufacturing line walksWho We’re Looking for:Required:Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 2 – 3 years of Automotive Design experience; Benchmarking experience is a plusStrong communication skills; able to conduct presentations to various levels within the companyProject management skills (timing and scheduling)Demonstrates experience in applying AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies, generative AI tools, or AI analytics to improve operational efficiency and drive engineering decisionsSkilled with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for reporting and analysisWhat You’ll Look Forward to at Nissan: Career Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, cross-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
