Responsibilities: What You\'ll Do Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests - anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards - ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates Perform other duties as assigned What You\'ll Bring Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred - one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate Strong guest focus and customer service skills - you take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming hotel room experience every time Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining premium hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards Motivation and initiative to bring your best self to every shift in a fast-paced hotel housekeeping environment Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require Other information: What You Can Look Forward To DailyPay - get paid when you need it Advanced scheduling with easy shift swapping via our app Unlimited employee referral bonuses 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) with rollover Complimentary wellness tools Leadership development & tuition reimbursement Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and travel Growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties in your market Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full-time associates also receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - starting day 1 Life and disability insurance Paid parental leave White Lodging is an equal opportunity employer.
