Creative Strategy Associate Director leads the development of insight-driven storytelling for a dedicated CPG/Pharma client in a full-time, remote position, blending creativity with data to drive impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead creative strategy for Publicis Groupe clients, transforming insights into compliant storytelling Translate audience and platform data into actionable creative ideas that achieve measurable outcomes Oversee influencer brief development and mentor a team of creative strategists to ensure excellence and authenticity Required Qualifications 6 years of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer marketing Strong background in data-informed, creator-led creative concepts Proven ability to lead proposals and inspire cross-disciplinary teams Deep understanding of social platforms and audience behavior Experience mentoring and developing talent in a collaborative environment
