The Barista/Server role involves preparing and serving beverages and food items, engaging with customers to provide excellent service, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take and accurately process customer orders
• Deliver excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system efficiently
• Serve food items in a timely and sanitary manner
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• Able to work early mornings and some weekend shift(s)
• Experience in quick food service settings
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and POS operation
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Good time management skills
