We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week contract position in Janesville, Wisconsin. The Cath Lab RN will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular interventional procedures.

Candidates must have cardiovascular intervention experience and at least 1 year of critical care experience . This role also requires participation in rotating on-call and holiday coverage.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patient response and maintaining established safety standards.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based nursing practices.

• Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate cardiovascular patient care and respond to changes in clinical condition.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Epic and participate in required on-call and holiday coverage.

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License or Valid Compact RN License Required.

• Minimum 3 Years of Registered Nursing Experience, Including at Least 1 Year of Critical Care Experience, Required.

• Cardiovascular Intervention / Cardiac Cath Lab Experience Required.

• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS Certifications Required.

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program Required; Must Successfully Pass an EKG Competency Test.

The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide skilled, patient-centered cardiovascular nursing care while supporting safe and efficient interventional procedures.
