Packaging Operator
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves operating packaging equipment, handling finished products, completing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 40–50 lbs.
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
Package and handle finished products.
Lift and move bags weighing approximately 40–50 lbs.
Perform quality and production checks.
Complete required paperwork and documentation.
Follow safety, food quality, and sanitation procedures.
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors.
Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working a 12-hour shift.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both weekdays and weekends as required by the 2-2-3 schedule
