Senior Accountant CPA

To support the Director of Finance in overseeing global accounting operations, the remote contracted Senior Accountant CPA will manage financial reporting, global payroll operations, and client invoicing processes while ensuring compliance and optimizing financial procedures. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate and GAAP-compliant financial reporting and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and tax requirements Manage end-to-end client invoicing and revenue recognition processes, collaborating with Sales and Operations teams for alignment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred CPA certification is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience managing global payroll and familiarity with platforms such as Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer
