Centerview Health in Toms River, NJ, is looking for Medical Assistants to become part of our team. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions. While having certification as a medical assistant is a plus, we are willing to provide training for committed individuals who are not certified. $16 hourly Responsibilities: Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Administer injections or medications as directed by the healthcare provider Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine tests and blood draws Prepare and maintain examination rooms and equipment Schedule appointments and manage patient records Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and follow-up care

Requirements

: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Positive work attitude Nice to Have: Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Completion of a medical assistant training program Certification as a medical assistant is preferred About Company Centerview Health is an innovative, physician-led, and physician-centered medical group focused on helping physicians do what they do best: care for patients.
