Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license in the state or eligibility to obtain
• Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents in school-based settings
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participation in IEP meetings
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies tailored to school-aged populations
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Professional, positive attitude with collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, adaptive skills, and more
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services as specified by IEPs
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with school policies and professional standards
• Work alongside teachers, school staff, and families to ensure a coordinated approach
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning climate
• Offer guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations when necessary
