Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive stamping environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, driving safety and productivity, minimizing downtime, and leading production teams to achieve daily goals. Location: Near Bad Axe, Michigan (Thumb area) - relocation can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Supervise and support production team members on assigned shift
• Monitor production performance, downtime, changeovers, and safety compliance
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies
• Coordinate staffing needs, including overtime scheduling
• Track and communicate production metrics and shift performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
• Automotive stamping manufacturing experience required
• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under production pressure
• Experience tracking downtime and executing action plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
