Qualifications

• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ARRT (CT) or ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• Travel Experience 1 year of travel experience.
• Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the at Cox Health within the past two years.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 100.0 miles not accepted.
