If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!Main Job ObjectivesSales GenerationEssential Job ResponsibilitiesMeet sales goalsUtilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performanceDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandiseAfter closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfactionComply with all sales related policies and proceduresMaintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trendsProvide the highest level of customer serviceBuild and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client bookResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfactionKeep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stockedAssist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floorAssist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/receiving related paperwork.Participate in inventoriesComply with all Point-of-Sale policies and proceduresProperly execute all relevant register functionsAdhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendanceParticipate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store managementMinimum 2 years retail experience.The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
