This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with clients and collaborating directly with an experienced legal team. Note: Must have an active license to practice law in Idaho, a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and at least 1 years of directly relevant transactional law experience. Job Description Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a wide range of contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Advise clients on business transactions, corporate governance, contracts, and other commercial legal matters. Provide practical, strategic legal guidance tailored to each client's business objectives. Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and legal issues. Support business formations, transactions, and other corporate matters. Identify legal risks and develop thoughtful solutions that protect client interests. Communicate directly with clients and build trusted, long-term professional relationships. Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services. Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Qualifications Active license to practice law in Idaho. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 1+ years of directly relevant transactional law experience. Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Knowledge of business law, business transactions, and corporate governance. Strong legal research, analytical, communication, and client counseling skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset.
