Lead Utilities & Pipe Installer - Site Construction

Hri, Inc. is seeking a skilled site laborer to perform general labor tasks on highway construction, with emphasis on installing utilities and pipelines. This hourly, non-exempt role works under direct and indirect supervision. You will act as lead laborer, assist in testing plans, monitor safety in excavation and trenching, and ensure proper installation of sewer, water lines, and related infrastructure.
