Powersports Sales Associate Motoplex USA

Motoplex USA is expanding and actively seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused PowerSports Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a sit-back-and-wait rolethis is a front-line sales position for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and winning. Youll be responsible for delivering a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final handshake, helping customers find the right machine while turning leads into long-term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and supportyou bring the hustle.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Qualify customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports unit
• Engage customers in person, online, and by phone with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Present products, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Follow up aggressively and consistently on all leads, appointments, and unsold traffic
• Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with F&I, service, and parts to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
• Stay sharp on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate notes and sales documentation
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Represent Motoplex USA with pride, integrity, and a competitive edge

• Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, or retail strongly valued), but we will train the right closer
