After onboarding, compensation transitions to a productivity-based model that rewards clinicians for their work and growth. Providers earn compensation for each completed session, with higher earnings available as caseload volume increases. Full-time clinicians maintaining approximately 30 client hours per week have strong earning potential while benefiting from the stability and support of a W-2 position.
