How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Guard patient safety by providing vigilant, real-time heart rhythm monitoring for those in critical care, acting as the first line of defense against cardiac complications.

• Facilitate rapid clinical responses by immediately identifying and communicating significant rhythm changes to nurses and physicians, ensuring life-saving interventions happen without delay.

• Champion data integrity by meticulously documenting cardiac journeys, providing the medical team with the high-quality records they need for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

• Ensure operational readiness by managing specialized monitoring equipment and inventory, so the team always has the functional tools required to provide uninterrupted care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
