What You’ll Oversee

• Daily kitchen operations and line execution
• Team leadership, coaching, and development
• Scheduling and labor management
• Inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Upholding sanitation and safety compliance
• Leading service with urgency and professionalism

Schedule & Salary

• 55-hour workweek
• 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off
• $55,000 – $65,000 annually (BOE)
