Position Snapshot Compensation: $325,000 $350,000 base + incentives Schedule: 50% Office / 50% Hospital Call: 1:3 rotation Weekend Coverage: 1:3 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Practice Environment Established OB/GYN group with strong community presence Multiple clinic locations across the Capital Region Deliveries and surgeries performed at a modern birth center Full-spectrum women s health services Advanced technology and treatment capabilities Strong clinical and administrative support Enjoy an immediate patient base with efficient workflows and supportive staff. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries Manage outpatient clinic visits and follow-ups Participate in call rotation and inpatient coverage Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active New York license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to team-based care Open to new graduates (2026/2027), early-career, and experienced physicians .
