Incoming Inspector

Incoming Inspector Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | 10-hour shifts | Monday - Friday Qualifications: 1 year of previous manufacturing, inspection, warehouse, or quality control experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and computer/data entry skills Experience using precision measuring instruments preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt Responsibilities: Inspect incoming material orders for accuracy, counts, and quality compliance Perform PMI (Positive Material Identification) using a Niton gun Verify invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Conduct dimensional and surface finish (Ra) inspections Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Organize pallets, boxes, and incoming inventory Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems Follow all quality procedures, safety guidelines, and inspection standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and product quality Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance included Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement and growth Equal Opportunity Employer Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
