Multi-Unit Manager

Benefits: Bonus based on performance Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Multi-Unit Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This person will oversee 3-5 locations in a designated territory. A normal schedule is about 50 hours/week, and this includes Sundays, holidays and weekends. Key Responsibilities Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory. Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members. Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities. Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards. Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs. Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed. Support daily operations of stores, as needed. What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Quick-service restaurant experience is required. This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required. This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
