Efficiency, time management, organizational skills, and consistency are the most important necessities for this role. Effective communication with other Back of House employees from dishwashers to the Executive Chef will also be essential.QualificationsHave 1-2 years of Barback and/or Kitchen experience in a high volume, fine dining establishmentHave an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipmentAre organized and proficient at multitaskingAre a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situationsThrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureHave flexibility to work days, nights and weekendsSince 2011, Catch Hospitality Group has grown from a standalone NYC flagship into one of the most renowned restaurant groups, best known for Catch and Catch Steak.
