Senior Business Analyst in Austin, TX!

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and business processes to enhance existing systems.
- Elicit requirements through various methods including interviews and surveys.
- Transform information into clear business and functional requirements.
- Mentor peers and promote best practices in business analysis.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Modern Requirements to manage project requirements.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in eliciting requirements and creating system requirements.
- 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs).
- 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering.
- 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
- 8 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes.
- 5 years of strong communication and facilitation skills.
- 5 years of strong writing and organization skills.
Preferences:
- 4 years of experience working with TEA or similar agencies.
- 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira.
- 2 years of experience with Modern Requirements software.
