Ultrasound TechOur client, a leading health system in Dodge City, KS, is seeking an Ultrasound Tech to join their Diagnostic Imaging Center. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly wage.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.Demonstrate leadership abilities and act as a role model for other associate technologists.Serve as a clinical resource to unit personnel and ensure current standards of practice for the unit.RequirementsOne year of ultrasound experience strongly preferred.High School Diploma or GED required.Associate's Degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree preferred.ARDMS registered required (RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR)); or ARRT registered (R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within 1 year of hire; or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT); or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.Physical ability to exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.ScheduleFull-time position with a shift that varies.Compensation$28.81 - $43.59/hourBenefitsGenerous benefit package including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans.Life insurance and paid time off (minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually).Tuition reimbursement and retirement plan benefits including 401(k) and 403(b).
